Since our humble beginnings in 1976 as the Doveton Drop-In, our centre has evolved into a vital community hub where individuals from all walks of life come to learn, share, and grow together. Originally initiated by a trio of dedicated volunteers and supported by the Doveton Community Health Centre, our mission has been to foster a supportive environment that encourages educational and personal development.
Located at the heart of the community in a facility renovated in 2003, DNLC boasts modern classrooms, a computer training room, and versatile community spaces, all designed to meet the diverse needs of our community members. From adult education and training programs to playgroups and craft workshops, DNLC offers a wide array of activities aimed at enhancing life skills and promoting well-being.
