Social Support Planned Activity Groups address social isolation and provide opportunities to meet new people and enjoy discussions, fun activities and outings.

These programs are funded through NDIS, CHSP or HACC funding agreements

HAPPY WEDNESDAY ( ARABIC SPEAKING GROUP)

Share interests and food, go on outings, share your knowledge and meet new people. Arabic speaking staff.

Our Arabic speaking group. There are a large group of people sitting around a picnic table in a park with a lake in the background. There are tubs of delicious food on the table.

TERRIFIC THURSDAY

This program is a social support service that addresses social isolation and provides an opportunity for clients to access and enjoy appropriate social and recreational pursuits and enjoy a light lunch in good company.

THURSDAY: 10:00am-1:00pm

LIFE’S APPRECIATION GROUP

This program is for people living with an acquired brain injury.

Come along and meet new people, participate in discussions and information sessions, enjoy a light lunch, outings and other activities with people who have been through a similar experience. Participate in peer support in a safe and socially relaxed atmosphere.
